Good workout today, I was digging the volume, all were done w/ 30 sec rests. Think I'm going to make it a point to get as much rest as possible this weekend, this has me feeling extremely drained.

Had a good workout today, not the best by any means, just trying to heal up before I go balls out again. Luckily tomorrow I get a day to myself so I'll be able to rest up and hopefully start feeling better. All I have to say is I hate being hurt regardless of how small the injury is.

Hopefully this thing will pass and I can get back to my old routine.

Took the day off and slept in, feeling significantly better, ready to get back into the gym tomorrow, feeling upbeat about that, hopefully I'll get my hearing back within the next couple weeks.

Shoulder Width Pullups: 10X50 Decline DB Pullovers: 25X10, 30X10, 35X8, 35X8 Reverse Grip Lat Pulldowns: 120X10, 130X10, 150X10, 170X10, 190X8 Deadlift: 225X10X3 Hanging Knee Raises: 3X15 Crunch Machine: 3X15 ss w/ Oblique Crunch: 3X15 Cardio: Ran around the marina for roughly 20 min at low-mod intensity. First time I've been in the gym this week, needed to time off to reset my body and my mind. I'm still deaf in my ear, just waiting for that to heal, took it easy on deadlifts because of my ear, didn't want to go heavy. Good workout though, I'll probably been hitting the gym tomorrow to destroy my wheels.

Nordic Curls: BWX10X5 Hack Squats: 6PX8X2, 4PX10X2 Adductor Machine: 130X12, 140X12, 150X12, 160X12 Abductor Machine: 130X12, 140X12, 150X12, 160X12 Leg Extensions: 180X10, 195X10, 210X10, 225X10 Lying Leg Curls: 130X10, 140X10, 150X10, 160X10 20 mins of low-mod intensity cardio on treadmill Sunday is usually my day off, but I was feeling extremely motivated today to destroy my legs, being that I probably won't be in the gym on the 4th I said what the heck. Blasted through this workout in a little over an hour. No complaints, time to get back on track, it's still the summer of swoll.
