Right now I'm feeling better, earlier in the day I wasn't feeling too hot, walking around with a lot of anger that I don't need to be carrying around. Good workout today, I was digging the volume, all were done w/ 30 sec rests. Think I'm going to make it a point to get as much rest as possible this weekend, this has me feeling extremely drained.

Battling through all this right now, can't allow myself to quit. Had a good workout today, not the best by any means, just trying to heal up before I go balls out again. Luckily tomorrow I get a day to myself so I'll be able to rest up and hopefully start feeling better. All I have to say is I hate being hurt regardless of how small the injury is.

Took the day off and slept in, feeling significantly better, ready to get back into the gym tomorrow, feeling upbeat about that, hopefully I'll get my hearing back within the next couple weeks.

Cardio: Ran around the marina for roughly 20 min at low-mod intensity.

First time I've been in the gym this week, needed to time off to reset my body and my mind. I'm still deaf in my ear, just waiting for that to heal, took it easy on deadlifts because of my ear, didn't want to go heavy. Good workout though, I'll probably been hitting the gym tomorrow to destroy my wheels.

Sunday is usually my day off, but I was feeling extremely motivated today to destroy my legs, being that I probably won't be in the gym on the 4th I said what the heck. Blasted through this workout in a little over an hour. No complaints, time to get back on track, it's still the summer of swoll.

You seem to be handling the ear issue very well. I give you a lot of credit, sounds like a tough ordeal.

Thanks, at first it was extremely frustrating and I started having a pitty party, but when it comes down to it, God can give and God can take away. Plus the infection and pain have left, so I can endure being deaf, easier to zone out certain people .
