I'm finishing up with the 8 weeks to bigger biceps 2 program, all I got to say is I experienced a burn that I've never felt in my bi's today. The barbell concentration curls supersetted with lying dumbbell curls is genius, that's all I can say. What sucks is I've procrastinated and haven't wrapped any presents yet, and now I'll be doing it with dead arms, maybe I'll just slap a bow on them, it's the thought that counts.
