What keeps you motivated?
Keeping up the habit of working out every day is tough for most of us. What are some ways you keep yourself motivated to hit the gym on your off-days?

Knowing that I will be healthier than most at age 40, 50, 60 and up. And that I will probably live longer than most too.

I think having a workout partner keeps me motivated. I have no excuse not to go to failure cuz i have someone spotting me. Also we tend to try to out-do each other on our lifts so theres the competitive motivation.
