can anyone help me out here? the answer might be more extensive then i think.
What groups are slow twitch which are fast? i know the abs are slow. and the biceps fast?

There is no muscle that is solely fast or slow twitch. Every muscle has a combination, which is approximately 50%. Everyone is different, which is why some people are better at sprinting and some are better at long distance running (fast and slow twitch, respectively).
Slow twitch fibers are more efficient at aerobic fuel production (using oxygen to make ATP). Fast-twitch fibers are less-efficient at aerobic, but utilize anaerobic fuels more efficiently; this also means they fatigue quicker. Quote:

If you search some of the ABC journal articles you will find some additional info. But short of a muscle biopsy you will have a hard time determining exact ratio's.

Yup....keep it mixed up. Not only the cadence of your reps but number of reps and sets too.
