This weekend was cookie baking weekend with the kiddos, so I did all protein all day yesterday, because I ate cookies. So my carb source all weekend was cookies! LOL, not the cleanest diet in the world, but it worked for me not to binge out!

the way i like to look at things is, the effects of a 1 off bad meal is less damaging to the body than the stress from worrying about it

klosey I like the way you think!!!
Today is upper body (arms, shoulders)jumprope intervals, then 60 mins steady state PWO cardio. Im hoping with these intervals and cardio along with my weight training I will get some results soon. So far, nothing this week. No changes. I should take before pics.

pictures are useful, they can help for motivation aswell as show your results, also weight is irrelevant use the mirror to see if progressing not scales

Oh I know the scale is a lying *****, trust me- but there is no difference in anything just yet. still fat.
