Its fine for me, I dont have any problems really. The only thing I might switch is taking calves off leg day and putting on with another day. As Im barely able to walk after I finishing my hams and quads.

My calves are quite stubborn. I find if I dont work them 3x a week they dont grow or do anything.

Felt really weak today almost lethargic. I figure it was because I went a little earlier today then normal so probably didnt have all the energy that I normally had.

Once again Ive switched things up. Giving myself more rest time between workouts. Increased all my reps to either 10-15(upper body) or 15-20 (lower body).

But hopefully Ill be posting daily in here again like I used to. Although its a little frustrating doing higher reps, cause its such lower weights but we will see how I turn out...

Feb 11/10
Split Squat
165x10 x8
Leg Extension
100x20 x18 x15
Leg Press
360x20 x17
GHR
BWx13 x8 x9
Standing Calf

Then just the usual ab stuff

So frustrating some times when doing higher reps, when you normally do low rep high weights.
