Its fine for me, I dont have any problems really. The only thing I might switch is taking calves off leg day and putting on with another day. As Im barely able to walk after I finishing my hams and quads.
My calves are quite stubborn. I find if I dont work them 3x a week they dont grow or do anything.

Once again Ive switched things up. Giving myself more rest time between workouts. Increased all my reps to either 10-15(upper body) or 15-20 (lower body).
But hopefully Ill be posting daily in here again like I used to. Although its a little frustrating doing higher reps, cause its such lower weights but we will see how I turn out...
