This is pretty random. Been up 20 hours trying to finish a paper and had no one to call for help. My mind has literally given up and then I remembered there are some pretty brainy people on this site.
Basically I need to make sure I am understanding this statement correctly. "Backdating of pay is limited to 3 months from 06/01/08" Does it mean pay is backdated for the 3 months before 06/01/08 or any date after the 06/01/08 pay will be backdated for 3 months or is the sentence too ambiguous and could mean both? Will delete this post once I have the answer. Thanks in advance guys |

to my understanding it actually means any backdated pay as of 06/01/08 is limited to 3 months meaning 3 month is max you can claim, so if owed 4 months and not claimed by this date then you can only claim 3 months |

From reading your instructions, I would say it means backdating includes: from March 01 through May 31. Hope it helps.

my understanding of this is that starting on 6/1/2008 until present, you can get back pay of up to 3 months...if you require back pay before 6/1/2008 you are out of luck
