Hi guys, I was thinking about incorporating arginine into my supplements regime but I do not know how much I should take firstly. I am shopping on gnc and they have 500mg, 1000mg, 5000mg, so I am a little lost as to how much I should be taking.
Secondly, I am taking whey, creatine, HMB, L-glutamine. Will arginine negate any of the other supplements? I am 6'5" 210 lbs. if that helps with arginine dosing. I was thinking about the 1000mg as it is sort of the midway product. not too little, not too much. any help would be great! thanks guys!
