Default What every BB should have

I keep one of these on me at all times, and I swear they are lifesavors. Shaker bottles are great, but with these all I have to do is stick it in a water bottle, pour the aminos in and shake. I also keep one in my office in case I forget a shaker bottle

Definitely an essential tool! Sadly I lost mine and need to find another, though to tell the truth I dont really use shaker bottles anymore, I just toss it all in a glass, put saran wrap over the top with a rubber band, and shake, then finish stirring with a fork, works fine!

i cannot live without my funnel. dont want to waste precious protien .

Got 4 of those "Blender Bottles" myself.

As for me, like a cell phone, what did I do before my MP3. These days I must have it to block out distraction or girly fitness club music. LOL
