dead_dave01's return to glory!
Hey everyone,
This is the first time I've been to this site for 4 whole years! A lot has happened: I've graduated both high school and university, which have both taken up a lot of my time. Needless to say during this time I was 100% focused on these goals and nothing else; in other words, I've let myself go.
The purpose of this journal is for me to keep track of my progress as I hit the gym on my journey back to my physical peak and beyond! I will later design a workout split with cardio. I also welcome any feedback or comments!
