I'm gonna sound like a complete nerd, but I actually had a dream about an ABC gathering. I woke up the next day and thought, "Wow, that could be a lot of fun, too bad we are from all over the USA and all over the World!"

Yes! My deadlift went up 36 pounds from Smolov.....and I wasn't training it.

Workout:
Supposed to be Quad Heavy/Hyper and Chest Heavy, Tricep Hyper but I elimated the Quad work due to hitting deadlift and time constraints.

Incline Bench

BW+25x5 (6 second negative)

Lying EZ Bar extensions

Bench Dips
BWx8 7 sets, resting 15-20 seconds between sets

Lying EZ Bar extensions (again)
30x8 7 sets, resting 15-20 seconds between sets

Tricep fascia stretching

Didn't have the pump I wanted after bench dips, so I added the extra extensions. I think my pump exercise would work better on isolation. I got the idea from FST-7.

Great job on the Deadlift pr that looked pretty easy I think you got more in you. I have never done Coan/Phillipi but I hear if it does not kill you it makes you stronger. But you should be fine after Smolov.

It felt harder than it looked, lol.

I hear/read the sames things as you regarding how difficult C/P is and I choose the "make you stronger" option.

I WILL make through C/P and I will be close to pulling 500 when I am done.

Hmmmm, Gabe & Andro and several others are in the middle of the United States. And they are the glue that holds ABC together.

I'm thinking Chicago, Illinois for the first ABC Summit (or Champaign, IL)
