Thanks, no grinding either, I try to stay away from slow reps. I'll admit, the last rep was a bit slow, but still quality.
Left arm lags behind, it has ever since I broke it back in college. I try to do extra sets here and there to attempt to bring it up to par with my right from a bodybuilding perspective.

Looking good man. Nice job on staying lean, it'll make the contest prep way easier.
While I am not too bad, I am not as lean as I could be. However, I am also going to cut very soon, but I am not going to contest extremes, so I didn't worry about it too much. Good luck on your contest, I am sure you'll kill it. Can't wait to see your new and improved version!
