NH Supreme Court: homeschooled girl must go to public school against mom’s wishes However, in the original order issued in July 2009, Judge Lucinda V. Sadler reasoned that the girl’s “vigorous defense of her religious beliefs to [her] counselor suggests strongly that she has not had the opportunity to seriously consider any other point of view.” Really, or maybe she has considered other points of view and simply has a strong faith in her beliefs? Something that agnostics and psuedo-Christians can't understand for some reason. ----- I'd love to see a Republican try this and not get lambasted. You would be amazed at the irresponsibility of some parents divorced/seperated when it comes to their children's best interests. If the parents agreed one way or the other this would not be an issue. The mother should appeal the decision.

Tire Chest Press x many sets, working up to 65 lb Tire Back Row x many sets, working up to 90 lb Tire Bicep Curl, 1 set with 50 lb Tire Tricep Extension, 1 set with 25 lb Last year, when I was dragging my tire, many people would stop their cars and ask, "What are you training for?" I didn't have an answer, except for wanting to be the best version of me possible. This year, I can tell them that a great transformation is in the process, to culminate April 2012 at the NANBF Natural Pittburgh. Stay tuned to the transformation. ----- Diet Update Bodyweight average this week 182.4, down 0.2 lbs. I am OK with this, I was gaining pretty fast (goal was 0.75 per week, I was hitting more like 1.0) and I don't want to get fat. Actual target at 12 weeks into bulk is 12 x 0.75 = 9 lb, starting at 172.2 + 9 = 181.2. So I am still ahead of target. I will keep macros the same and see what happens. I will accept one more week of weighing in light before I adjust macros. In other news.... The budget lets New York Democratic Governor Cuomo squeeze $450 million in concessions from unions.
