Thanks! +4000 is always a good place to be.

I have been consistent with the weight gain, if I start to slack off, I need you and ABC to hold me accountable.

I am looking forward to the finished product as well. I have a long road ahead.

Minimal rest on all exercises, and attempt to maintain peak contraction on back exercises
