By the way Wizard, thanks for checking out my journal, it's good to know you are still around the boards since you don't post too much. Thanks! Well, I drove down and was extremely early, so I sat in my car and listened to conservative radio for about 45 minutes. 3:30 rolls around, I get in line for the open call, it was super quick, filled out a form of basic information, get called up, they take your picture 3 times; head, waist up, full body and that's pretty much it. I had brought some photos with me to give to them, when the lady who was handling the open call saw mine she did go "Wow!" at this picture: That made me feel good, she also asked me if anyone ever told me I looked like Chris Daughtry: I tell her no, and she says, "Well, you are better looking than Daughtry!" Of course, that was a nice ego boost. Before I was called up, I got to watch this lady's interation with the other potential models, and I must say, no one had quite the positive response and interaction that I had. So I feel good about that. After that, I figured that I drove to Pittsburgh and paid for parking, I might as well participate in the open call for acting as well. So, I head down the hall and wait. Pretty soon it's my turn, I get to meet the connection that my friend had at the talent agency and when she saw the pictures she asked if I was a trainer. That felt nice. Then she handed me my lines and I had to do a one man commercial for a local telephone company. It was cheesy, I think I stunk personally, but overall I believe that I made a nice impression. I will hear in about 2 weeks if they are interested in using me in an acting bits or modeling/photo shoots. Keep praying for me if you don't mind! The best part....5 minutes into my drive home, my car craps out, and I could only do about 20 to 25 mph, anything higher would race the RPM because it wouldn't shift up into higher gear. I have no idea what happened, my trip home took WAY longer than expected, but at least I could safely get home. I had my blinkers on the whole way and a few people yelled and honked at me...not sure how that was supposed to help me fix my car or make me go faster, but if it made them feel better, more power to them, lol! ----- Here's what I have been up to lately in the gym...nothing super special, just haven't posted many videos lately. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cyMhj3vT9sI Exercises in the video, in order (I think): Deadlift 411x1 no belt Deadlift 391x3 with belt Squats 225x5 Sissy Squat Occluded Suspended Bridge Leg Curl Chinup BW+37.5x3 T-Bar 170x3 DB CG Neutral Press 76x3 Decline Low Cable Pullover Suspended OH Extension Suspended Pushups

---- 328 days to pack on some quality mass Sunday Occluded dog walking - roughly 25 minutes, whoo, legs got very fatigued, I think I found the sweet spot, wanted to take off the wraps that last 5 minutes or so but I knew I was almost home. Looking back in my log, I realize I was supposed to bump up the weight for this workout since I got all 40 reps last time. Suspended Pushups BWx15, 10, 10, 8 Band Flys - 3 different positions (2 sets each) 6 sets of 10 Front Plate Raise DB Lateral Raise Tricep Pushdowns Band Pull aparts ---- These workouts left my chest and back engorged with blood, simply immense pump. I love finishing off with the bands. For back, I continue to focus on squeezing each rep at the top.
