ive decided to change my life today. i was in a nice gym routine, and starting to see some gains and then...job switch! now i am a b2b salesman and i cant go to the gym i usually went to. my biggest problem is my diet. traveling all day makes it difficult for me to eat right and not spend a fortune, so i need to work on it some, i have some ideas. i played college baseball and that kept me in decent shape, and at one point i was ripped nicely and i want to get back there. being disciplined will help me out in many ways.
current stats: height: 5'10 weight: 205lbs...want to get back to 185lbs waist: 36, but i need to wear 38 because my *** is so big that a 36 will look ridiculous body fat: prob around 20%...they had me at 22% when i went in today. 10/28 5 min warmup on treadmill flat db bench: 55x10 65x10 75x8 75x6 incline hammerstrength: 90x10 140x10 140x8 140x6 machine flys: 90x10 100x10 110x8 110x6 bicep db curls: 25x12 30x10 35x8 35x6 preacher curls 80x10 85x10 90x8 90x6 15 mins on treadmill diet protein shake slice of pizza and water southwest salad from mcdonalds (replaced my normal 1/4 w/cheese and fries) protein shake Last edited by bubdifab; 11-12-2008 at 02:18 AM. |

6am protein shake w/scoop of peanut butter 8am coffee with sweet n low 930am can of tuna 1230pm turkey/provolone on whole wheat with lettuce/tomato 4pm 4 hardboiled egg whites 8:30pm protein shake plenty of water throughout the day. spinning class at 7pm today |

6am protein shake 930am can of tuna 3pm protein shake 730pm chicken breast rest day in the gym. worked delivering pizza tonight...it smelled fantastic but i didnt have a slice, and i only drank water all day. |
