. Legs are one thing I am pretty happy with at this point, I still have some size and hammie improvements to make but as of now I think they are the least lagging. Thanks for the kind words and support, they are very much appreciated!Quote:
Thank you so much! I have literally spent over a year focusing on hitting a 315 bench. Hopefully the monster #'s will translate into a monster physique! Make sure to check in this week again, it's max week and I should have some entertaining vids. It is literally like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders (no pun intended) but there is still much work to be done. |

BB Bench (Maxing this on thursday) 6 sets 255 x 2 Rack Pullups bw + 110 x 5 PR bw + 130 x 5 PR (vid to come) bw + 130 x 5 Plate Loaded Lat Pulldown really concentrated on using lots of back, slow and controlled 160 x 12 170 x 10 180 x 8 Camber Bar Curls 155 x 5 150 x 5 140 x 5 Cable Curls (obviously the stack is light) 160 x 12 180 x 8 160 x 11 Skullcrushers 140 x 7 PR! 130 x 8 PR 110 x 12 Hell of a day today, lots of PRs! I'm pretty much ecstatic about the skullcrushers as I have never even come close to doing that much weight before. Hail the russian volume and my stronger triceps hah. Rack pulls were very easy too I probably could have done 140 or even 150s for 5 but I'll save that for next week. Stay tuned...Tomorrow 1100 on the machine front squat . It's on!!! |
