Good Morning 195 x 12 155 x 11 BRUTAL day today! Hit a lot of the numbers I was aiming for, exceeded close grip decline, and only missed a few by 1 rep. I am very happy so far! Squats were just plain deadly, my last rep was sooo slow and such a struggle but I got it... My form got a little loose at the end on Rows but like I said I am very happy. I'm pretty sure all these lifts were PR's but I'm not 100% sure because I don't usually max in this rep range. The best part about it all is they are all at about 6 lbs lower than my usual bodyweight! |

I miss squats :-( I discovered that I can do feet elevated squats with no pain on my hips...so may have to work on developing that lift. It is way better on the quads, anyway. Though in the past I remember it hurting my knees...ugg, one thing or another!
But yeah, awesome squat lol. :-)

I am already up a few lbs in the past 2 weeks and I feel like I am a bit fuller. My strength also feels very good. Can you tell I am excited!? hah |
