I Kind of overworked my shoulder a few workouts ago and my rotator cuff is telling me about it. Thinking back, i did do a ss and another group of new exercises that used the shoulder complex, and i guess i used too much weight. Its not too bad of a pain now, but i think a few days off from upper body will be in order.
I also read a T-nation article posted in the forums about core exersizes that dont use crunches at all, just a bunch of complex movment exersizes, im pretty interested in that.

Last night, went with workout B:
Ascending sets for incline db press, 25lbs, increments of 5lbs, up to 50lbs, 10 reps each weight, one after another. Arnold press' front, L-Lateral raises few dips, i looked like **** because ive been avoiding them till i got my baseline strength back, now i do like 4 and thats it, but im planning on making them a mainstay of my workouts again once i get a few more than none going. Also used a freemotion machine to do negative reps on chest and fly movements to finish off the workout Good pump, good doms, see you later gym

Squats, 145lbs 3x10
leg press 170+sled, 3x10 calf press 170+sled, 3x10 leg curl 110, 2x10 a few other things, tired

Just keep doing them, you'll get back in the groove. Dips are a great exercise.

Yeah, i cant wait to do some more..now that i have done 4, im going to shoot for 10 in a week, dips are real nice.

And im going to start my cut and set out a training plan, and see how a strict regimen effects me as opposed to going there and picking lifts per muscle group on the fly,, after im back from the concerts im going to monday and tuesday. I went to one last night, it was awesome.

I went and saw nine inch nails 3 more times this week (making this years total 5), and since when i go to concerts i pretty much run the mosh pit, i at least got 3 good workouts too.
Im excited to start a strict plan for meeting my goals, and since i have tomorrow and the next day off, my diet is my first and foremost goal. I will probably do what i did last cut and eat a bunch of frozen spinach and chicken breast and rock out.

Been far too long since ive been in the gym! The concerts last week and thanksgiving this week really mess with a good thing ive had going, but on monday, i plan on hitting the gym hard, im going to finalize my plan, ive got my measurements down, and on monday after i return from gobble gobble day with mother, its on.
