Chest day today, decided to change it up and not go for weight, but for reps.
high incline db press, 35lbsx20, little lower incline 35lbx20, same, 35x10 Arnold Presses 25x10, 25x10, 25x10 plate raises, front 5lbsx5 set 5 sec static hold, 10 raisesx1 Side raises 5lbsx5 set 5 sec static hold, 10 raisesx1 lat bar, tricep press not sure on the weight, my tris are blasted tho lat bar shrugs 87.5lbsxa lot also did some misc. preacher curl work, will soon start to target my arms more. I used the freemotion machines tonight, to finish off my chest, 50 lbs, lots of negatives and static holds

lat pull, middle rope row 55x10, 55x10, 40x10, finished with a static "" "" High rope row, 40x10, 40x10 finsihed with static Leg curl 100lbsx10x2 rocky pulls, wide grip, 60x10 (front and back count as 1), 60x5 then a static hold front and back very nice cadence, great workout

It has been too long my friends..
I went to visit family last friday, and i havent had a chance to pump iron till today: 3x10 squats, ATG stiff leg deads, leg curls arnold presses incline db press preacher curls tricep lat push and some other stuff..good workout

Ascending sets, 10 reps each, 5lb increments, DB incline press, 25lbs - 40 lbs, 45lbs 7 then rest pause 3, 50lbs 4, rest pause 3
lat rows, middle 55lbs 2x10, high, 40lbs 1x10 deadlifts, 10x145lbs, 8x195lbs a few misc exersizes, good workout.

I went a lot earlier than usual and showed up there at about 4ish. There were tons more people, and the only squat station we have there was being used.
So i did: Some hack squats to warm up then leg press 180lbs+sledxa lot and a lot of different foot posistions then i went up to 270lbsx10 to finish did some calf presses on the leg press at 180 and 270, different posistions preacher curls, regular and then reverse grip, on a ez curl bar and a straight bar, respectively, 40lbsx2x10 lat shrugs, 90lbsx 10 and static sets too stiff leg deadlifts lat pull, 120lbs a few times after the leg press leg curls 90lbsx3x12 tri lat press, 52.5lbsx 1x10 & 1x5 pretty good workout, i wish i could have squatted though.

So after thinking about this for a while now, i really need to find an ab and cardio schedual that i can do inbetween my workouts, because ive been an idoit so far and have neglected them, so id like to rectify that as soon as possible. I will study the site some tonight and get a feel for a good workout, or take suggestions from the boards.
Diet is still coming ![]() Edit: Decided on every other day, doing broom twists, crunches, and bicycle kicks. diet is still coming :-p
