Never even heard of it. I assume it would be just a generic program like the p-90x. Which I think is a waste of money. Why not read some articles and use those as a base and tweak them to fit your needs?

Save the money for food or more important things.

This program was suggested to be reference by people on this site, and it's not a work out only, it's a protein cycling program to make huge muscle gains naturally. Same priciple as the calorie cycling to lose weight. Sounds interesting to me just wanted to know if anyone has tried it.

Here's a link for ya...

It's by Jeff Anderson the "Muscle Nerd".

Protein cycling is unfounded.

That is a lot of money. I think if you are asking about purchasing this, you probably are a lot better of just reading free material - there is enough on this site to keep you busy for a very long time.

the bulgarian olympic weightlifting team have had great results from protein cycling, i mentioned it in another topic, it seems to be the body if given no protein for a day (like they do on 7th day where fruit is only food source) the body will store more than normal levels of protein for 3 days or more, same sort of thing they do with cows to make milk richer

What other topic did you mention this under? I would like to read up on it. Have you or do you practice this type of cycling and if so is it working?

Its very similar to a Keto diet (a.k.a carb cycling), having very little amounts of carbs for I think its like 6 days then carb up one day. It forces your body to use fat as its main source of fuel and is great for cutting bf.

Klosey do you have any kind of reading material about this? or someone on the results of the bulgarian weightlifting team?
