Default Supplementation during recovery phase

Since I am recovering from tennis elbow, and my workouts will be running, moderate lifting ONLY on the left hand (biceps, triceps), and legs (no bench, or exercises that require both hands), what should I change in my supplements?

I c urrently use:
Creatine
L-Glutamine
HMB
ZMA
BCAA (PWO)
EAA (before cardio)
B-Alanine

Many o those give you extra energy which I won't need so should I just stay with whey and maby ZMA?
on the other hand, wouldn't l-glutamine help with muscle recovery since in tennis elbow, you have the muscle torn from bone joint?

tennis elbow isnt always muscle tear from the bone its usually a fissue as 8/10 muscle tears need surgery

I would lay off the creatine. Also, a lot of that other stuff won't help much since you aren't lifting heavy. I would stay with ZMA, why, and BCAA's for pre-cardio.
