I am dropping out. Because of economic conditions, I have cut back/elimiated supplemens including whey. The world has changed.
I am continuing to workout but my priority is to put food ok the table for my family. My bulk did turn into my first cut. Go figure! my bodyweight went from 233 to 230, and lean mass from 191 to 198 from 9/6 until 10/23. I had to start late due to a surgery. Even though the world has changed and my resources have changed, I made adjustments to my goals, and surprise, something actually worked! God bless everyone in the challenge. And Gabe, you're the best!

Dang bro, the undefeated bulker, kicking butt in the cut division!
Nice stats; down 10 lb fat, up 7 lb lean mass, that is 22 points by my calculations!

I don't see why you saying you are dropping out, Damien. Looks like you completed the challenge - the cut challenge. I'll just put you in that division, and you probably will win. :-)

I think I did well for a couple of reasons:
First, I have been busy with work so my workouts prior to the Challenge were average and I was not organized re my supplement regime; when I started I creatine-loaded which helps add 'mass' but is not hypertrophy, so to speak; Second, I regained mass that I had lost so muscle memory came into play; Third, I exerted a lot of physical energy at work, got great cardio from mowing my lawn, and ate very carefully. Now work has gotten thebest of me and I have to make a living! God bless
