I am trying to find a good multi vitamin for women other the generic one a day which I have been told is not good. .....Does anyone have any suggestions?

Centrum is fine...you really don't need to supplement that much for vitamins and minerals.
The main things that you would need extra as a female are calcium and iron, and b-complex. 1500 mg daily of calcium 10-15 mg iron, a b-complex sup or multivitamin will cover your bs. Probably need a sup for that; women are often deficient in calcium particularly. As an athlete having some sodium post exercise will also help facilitate oral rehydration. Otherwise, you can probably get everything you need from diet - lots of veggies, etc. Welcome to ABC!
