Did chest, triceps, and deltoids today. Felt good, in and out in 45'ish minutes and a great pump in pecs and triceps.

Flat Bench

Dumbell Flies

Standing push/press

Skullcrushers- 3sets
Tricep Pulldowns, rope

150 x6

Lateral Raises,concentrating on form

Played some soccer today for about an hour. It wasn't very competitive, or I would have died. Was fun though!

Ran about 2 miles this morning, then did Legs this afternoon. Top it off with friends wanting me to play soccer later (...we'll see)

High Volume day for legs

Wide squats
225 x10 x5

Sissy Squats
bodyweight x10 x5

Leg Extensions
150 x5 x5

...more like a Quad day than a leg daybut I was going DEEP! so I felt it all the way down

Felt frickin awesome today in my workout. Had a chest/tri's shoulders day and it went very good. Overall it was a higher volume day but did go pretty heavy on Bench. Even had a spotter who let me struggle and struggle on the 245.

BB Dec Bench
225 x5
235 x7

BB Incline Bench(Mainly just to keep the blood flowing)

145 x10
155 x10

Tricep Pressdown followed by BW Dips to Failure
140 x10
150 x8
180 x5 x3

Rotated between Front Raises and Lateral Raises did them right in a row.
20 x5 x2
30 x5 x2
35 x5

Came home and ate protein and creatine and a small dog...not really.

Been crazy busy the last week or so and haven't had a chance to get in to the gym. I've gone running a few times, but with my vacation coming up this week and leaving town I have to make sure everything at work gets done right and on time. Hopefully I'll make it in today to do a full body workout before we leave for KC tomorrow.

BB Behind the back Wrist Curls
85 x10 x5

Abs
Calves

Rotates between - squat, curl, calves, abs, then would switch wrist curls instead of curls for the 10 sets. Great workout. I can't walk, but who needs to walk when you can squat?
