Detoxification

I was wondering if anyone had any ideas/experience/opinions on detoxification programs, for removing toxins from the liver and colon. I went to a mini seminar while on a recent cruise and found it to be very interesting, and it makes a lot of sense if what I was told was true. I didn't buy what the guy was selling, something called Elemis, because I hadn't done any research. Anyway, was just wanting to know what everyone thought, if anyone has used any products and had any recommendations.
