thanks bro...i would be happy with hitting 300 for a single...what i like about this split is that it forces me to keep focusing on going heavy even though i'm preparing for a show.

today was absolute hell...the roads are **** but i still wanted to get the workout in...well i live about a mile and a half from the gym...so i decided to walk...well halfway there my cousin saw me and picked me up...when we almost get there, this guy in another truck couldn't stop and t-boned us...nobody was hurt but we had to stay for the police report...when i finally got to the gym, i didn't know what kind of workout i would have...turned out to be pretty good...

Glad to hear you're alright and you had a nice DL session on top of it!

It's funny you were in the situation because last night when I was driving to the gym it was snowing here too and I was thinking: "If I'm get into an accident I'm going to be pissed because it will delay my workout".
