Thanks man...lol sometimes i feel like i'm halfway psychotic...posting random quotes and song lyrics while looking at occlusion articles, low calorie junk food ideas, posting on forums...all while mega-dosing coffee like it's going out of style.

I started today feeling so strong but as soon as I started my stomach started to kill me…normally I would’ve said it was the garbage ate on thanksgiving but I really didn’t eat that much. the only item I ate that I normally don’t was a piece of pie as I wanted to stay pretty much on my diet…doesn’t matter though…because I did finish the workout…

Exactly. Feeling pissed off and depressed after thanks giving day is not worth it. Staying clean was worth it

Started with lunges and after the first set my legs became so **** shaky that I had to back off on the weight because I felt it was going to turn into a safety issue…I think I had a great leg day considering I’m still sore from Wednesday…my whole body hurts…2009 I’mready…also, tonight is my nephews 1st birthday party…I thought it only fitting to buy him a punching bag…it will definitely be the coolest most useful gift he’ll get I’m sure.
