Today went pretty well…I felt pretty tired all day but came to life tonight in the gym. Tomorrow I think I’m going to wake up and head over to the gym in the next town over because they are open from 7-12…gotta get the workout in, I don’t care what day it is…

Happy Thanksgiving everybody…this morning I woke up, ate real fast and then headed over to Ben Goins territory….i had a **** good workout considering I wasn’t familiar with the gym…the atmosphere is also a little different than I’m used to, I also hate training in the morning…but I made it work…
