20 x 20 second intervals on the elliptical.....due to cost, i'm lowering the dosage of my Xtend to 1 scoop between meals and 2 scoops post workout...i think that's what Layne recommends anyway.

How much are you paying for xtend? Cheapest i have seen online is $45.99. You should try either nutraplanet or 1fast400 and use their brand of BCAA its about 10 dollars cheaper but that can really save a lot based on how much you use it.

I haven't read through your whole journal but just a quick question, are you doing an HIT routine? When you post what you do, for example DB curls 70s for 8, are you just doing one set? I saw that sometimes you had multiple sets listed but i just wanted to clarify.

i buy my xtend from DPS...umm no i don't do HIT...i do multiple sets usually between 3-5 working sets...i just post the highlight number of the set

i will be changing up my split Dec 13th....to weights 4 days a week and cardio 3 times a week....i was going to wait till March but i think my body is starting to stalemate out...i can't afford any downtime...July i return and dominate

good leg day...my pump is out of this world right now...i went in and i wasn't in a good mood at all...a little down, but nothing puts a smile on my face like some occlusion...

bb lunges-205 for 8
glute ham raises-bw for 10
bb squats-occluded
calves

what an excellent workout today...i went in looking to destroy things and i hit some personal bests...very solid day...this is the day that i needed to have...

bb incline-3x3 with 265
cliffhangers-70 for 5
bb military-160 for 5
bb deathrows-275 for 5
db flat bench-120's for 5
v-bar pressdowns-130 for 8

just got back from doing some occluded cardio and voting...20 minutes occluded elliptical followed by 10 minutes occluded calve treadmill walking...quite the pump

Did I miss the memo? What exactly is occluded cardio? I'm trying to make sense using the definition of occlusion but it's not jumping out at me...
