a very solid workout tonight...i also talked to Fahs today and i can't wait to see this guy take the stage in 10 days...i also have some new veins in my calves

alternating db curls-70's for 8
alternaing db hammercurls-45's for 8
bb squat-315 for 5
bb romanian deadlifts (touch and goes to floor)405 for 5
calves-occluded

felt good today...a little rushed...had to do a lot of data collection this morning


db shoulder press-85's for 12
rope pressdowns-110 for 12
bb upright rows-175 for 8
standing bilateral db tricep extension-40's for 15

Same here. What areas do you find this to be the most challenging? To me, after stepping up my cardio it becomes a struggle with my legs, I get that concurrent training effect.

it's honestly very challening for me in every lift depending on the day...if it is a super heavy day for me...when i'm dieting sometimes mentally i'm just not as zoned in as i should be for picking up heavy weight...it could be any exercise for me, from squats to bicep curls...it's a constant battle with my mind...


i have seem to hit my "set point" if you will....of 216...i have made some more changes to my diet, lowering a little bit here, raising a bit here...i've been at 216 for about 3 weeks or so
