that's the way to do it, lol...it's just not in my best interest to be running miles...it was a one time deal and i proved that i could do it and still beat somebody having not even ran in over 4 years...

also i would like to mention that my friend who i was worried about having breast cancer, DOES NOT have it. that is a huge relief...STRENGTH

i will have pics up later...but the two people i helped did quite well...Austin won the Collegiate and then got 3rd in the Novice Tall....Paul won the Masters, got 4th in the 40+ masters and 2nd in the Novice Tall...very proud of both of them

bb squat-175 for 15
lying leg curls-occluded
leg extenions-130 for 15
adduction-100 for 15

calves

no it wasn't that, lol...not sure who it was actually.


today was a decent workout...i think i might be feeling the drop in weight a little bit...it could be that or the fact that it is cold as hell in my gym, because everybody feels the need to have 10 different fans on at the same time...i'm not built to train in arctic conditions...looks like i'm breaking out the winter jacket for my next workout...
