last day of the creatine load...one day closer to 210...one day closer to the stage...one day closer to my 2009 physique being realized...today was chest/bi's/tri's...it went well even though my day in the lab was less than stellar...it's frustrating trying to get things going when nothing seems to be working like it's designed to...anyway...back to the workout...


bb incline- 6 sets of 2 with 220
ez bar curl-145 for 8
rope pressdowns-140 for 8
db flat flyes-60's for 12
seated db tricep extensions-65's for 15

been a while since i've written about my Macro's....i try to meet this macro's everyday...right now since i'm not in full blown contest prep i still allow myself to eat out. when i do eat out i still try and meet the numbers but i don't stress out about it too much...come March when i start my final push for the stage...i will cook all my meals myself as i don't trust anybody else when it comes to that point. there will be a minor exception towards the end of May because i'll be flying to Seattle for ACSM...so i'll just have to do the best i can that week...but here's how it looks right now...

Sunday/Wed/Fri-

216g protein
282g carbs
40g fat

2352 kcals


Tuesday/Saturday

216g protein
247g carbs
43g fat

2239 kcals


Monday/Thursday

214g protein
332g carbs
56g fat

2688 kcals

my legs are shaking...which means i trashed them today...i did occlusion on the leg press and it really started the day off right...

leg press-occluded
db romanian deadlifts-100's for 12
one legged leg extension-60 for 8
abduction-100 for 15

i am telling you right now that next July i'm going to bring the best package to date...right now at ~41 weeks out i'm as lean as i was at ~19 weeks out in 2007 and i'm a hell of a lot stronger...what does that mean for bodybuilding, not much but strength is good for the soul...hell, muscle is good for the soul, have you ever seen those myostatin KO animals...those guys always have a smile on there face....ALWAYS...why because they know they are by far more muscled up then the rest of there friends.
