Thanks...he did it during our seminar today. usually at our seminar they have a speaker who is about 150-175 pounds...it looked so weird having Chris up there being all huge using all these big words. he pretty much showed everybody that "meatheads" can have very high IQ's. although you pretty much prove that yourself as well. My time here is coming to a close...i'm just glad i met all you guys... it has really helped me put on some size.

Yeah, I think Illinois is some bodybuilding haven...appears we recruit a lot of them. I think Layne is the ultimate example of a smart Meat head lol. He is a COMPLETE meat head, but he flat out knows his stuff. He is two time defending champ in our yearly poster presentations.

i really didn't know how today was going to go as i have a strain in my left glute. yes yes i have a pulled butt, but only on one side, lol. it ended up going very well...
leg extensions-285 for 15 squat-315 for 4/225 for 15 adduction-200 for 15 leg curls-165 for 7/120 for 40 calves abs

cardio today...to help recover from the brutal workouts of last week we decided to do the elliptical for 30 minutes instead of sprints...probably a good decision considering the condition of my glute
