loyalty...do you know anything about it? people who i am close to know that i will be there till the very end...when **** hits the fan i will be there swinging...there are some people who have zero loyalty...some people who go from one thing to the next having people spew different things at them to make them feel good about themselves for a brief period of time...they want to know what the problem is...when the problem is them...they are the mf'n problem...if you go from person to person until you find somebody that agrees with your bull****...then that is pretty indicative of how worthless you are as a person...and if you think doing a bb show is suffering...if you think because you've done something for a couple of weeks that you are suffering and you are some kind of badass because of it...i have news for you...you aren't ****...if a bbing show is the hardest thing you have ever done in your life then you should give f'n thanks...give me a break

updating for the past 2 training sessions...i didn't get a chance to log Friday's because I went out of town right after i trained...headed down to Dallas to rock and roll...had a tremendous weekend...i'm also starting to cut down a bit...going to try and get to around 210 and see where i'm at, because you never know where i might show up one day...ALSO...huge props to Layne Norton who f'n DESTROYED his meet this weekend...one of the most inspirational people i have EVER known

i had a friend come into town this weekend so i spent a lot of time with her...thus i didn't get a chance to update this. Everything in the gym is feeling better and better...Chris said my squat is looking pretty solid so that's definitely good and i'm feeling good about things...i have also linked you to our newest paper which was just published ahead of press

pretty solid workout again today...everything feels pretty good...i'm going to finish this training cycle and then reevaluate things...i might start implementing Layneside again or i might just rerun this program over with higher percentages...not sure yet...just gotta remember to take it slow...i have also linked you to our newest paper

had a friend in town again so i didn't update this like i should...everything is feeling pretty decent...my right knee is kind of bothering me but it is what it is...and yes I am aware that Oklahoma lost and yes i am extremely pissed about it...one other thing, if you live in an apartment and you throw a party and it's 10 pm and i poke my head out because i can ***king feel your music...then i think you are an idiot

the workout is from yesterday...this semester has been extremely busy for me so i haven't been updating as much i would like...i studied a tremendous amount yesterday because i had a test today in Physiology...got an 87% on it...overall i'm pleased with that...and i have a cardiorespiratory test tomorrow night...no rest for the wicked...i did find out a couple of things today that kind of bummed me out a bit...1) found out a close friend of mine from back home had a miscarriage...so i'm definitely keeping her in my thoughts and 2) found out somebody is coming to see me who i have desire to see...but it is what it is

I never watch baseball, but strictly by chance I ended up watching from inning 7 on of game 6 last night, that was an awesome couple innings!
