8-26-11

trying to rehab everything at once...so i'm giving my left elbow some rest as well in hopes of making a "complete" comeback...i know it's obviously what i need, but i feel pretty useless...below are a couple of links to 2 of my newest papers

I just got back from vacation, catching up on logs. You continue to go through tough times, but I know you have the mentality to make it. ABC may be a small community, but we are with you.

thanks bro...i never had any problem coming back from an injury until now...now for whatever reason i'm having problems


8-30-11

kept rest periods at 30 seconds to make it a decent workout with light loads...to be honest, i feel ready to rock on everything except my left elbow (but that will likely never heal)...i'm a little unsure of when i should start working back in some heavier loading as i have clearly been wrong both times the last 2 times i tried to come back

i have a few aches unrelated to my back but once again i feel pretty ready to rumble...honestly i'm currently lost when i go to the gym...i'm trying to keep the overall loading pretty low so i can try and make sure that i really am recovered this time...but i'm so **** lost on what i should be doing...i've been hurt many times before but never once had as much trouble as i'm having now

today felt pretty good...deadlifted for the first time in a while...135 pounds, but everything felt solid...i want to give a huge shout out to Isabel Norton on yet ANOTHER overall victory. All i can say is that this is proof that hard work, discipline, and determination can take you absolutely anywhere you want to go...she busts her *** every single day and that is exactly why she wins...PERIOD

i moved yesterdays workout to today since i had a Human Phys test today...i wanted to make sure that i was 100% focused on it...i even missed my Fantasy Football draft...the test turned out to be a decent success, i was happy how it turned out...in other news, i will never understand the move from team to team in bodybuilding...all i have to say is this...if you come to Team Norton, if you stay with Team Norton, you WILL be a champion...the lack of loyalty makes me f'n sick...i feel like that's the worst quality a person can have

9/8/11

today was a long day but a good day...i went in and hit legs and worked up to 185 for 3 x 5...i was pretty happy with that and i hope to keep progressing...we are 9 days away from Kansas City and i'm very pumped for the show...the Wizard has trained as hard as a person could possibly train (in and out of the gym) and it's going to show come the day of the show
