i have a few aches unrelated to my back but once again i feel pretty ready to rumble...honestly i'm currently lost when i go to the gym...i'm trying to keep the overall loading pretty low so i can try and make sure that i really am recovered this time...but i'm so **** lost on what i should be doing...i've been hurt many times before but never once had as much trouble as i'm having now BB Bench- 6 x 5 Low Row- 4 x 8 DB Shoulder Press- 4 x 10 Tricep Ext.- 4 x 10 DB Curls- 3 x 8

today felt pretty good...deadlifted for the first time in a while...135 pounds, but everything felt solid...i want to give a huge shout out to Isabel Norton on yet ANOTHER overall victory. i moved yesterdays workout to today since i had a Human Phys test today...i wanted to make sure that i was 100% focused on it...i even missed my Fantasy Football draft...the test turned out to be a decent success, i was happy how it turned out...in other news, i will never understand the move from team to team in bodybuilding...all i have to say is this...if you come to Team Norton, if you stay with Team Norton, you WILL be a champion...the lack of loyalty makes me f'n sick...i feel like that's the worst quality a person can have BB Bench- 1 x 5 4 x 4 1 x 5 Lat Pulldown- 5 x 10 DB Shoulder Press- 5 x 10 Dips- 5 x 10 Pullups- 3 x 5 DB Curls- 3 x 10

today was a long day but a good day...i went in and hit legs and worked up to 185 for 3 x 5...i was pretty happy with that and i hope to keep progressing...we are 9 days away from Kansas City and i'm very pumped for the show...the Wizard has trained as hard as a person could possibly train (in and out of the gym) and it's going to show come the day of the show BB Squat- 5 x 5 BFR Leg Extensions- 5 x 20 1-Legged Curls- 70 x 12 70 x 12 70 x 12 70 x 12 Slanted Calves- 230 x 12 230 x 12 230 x 12 230 x 12 Decline Abdominals- 3 x 10
