yeah i don't throw warmups in...i just throw in the maximum amount of weight used...thanks though...appreciate the support

Oh I didn't realize you were lifting sumo style.

You definitely rounded your upper back on the lift.. not sure how healthy that is but overall it was a solid lift and you were in control the entire time. You also weren't using straps - good (!@#$%^&*). I use straps past about 450 but I'm tapering off using them slowly.

I gotta get a recording of me deadlifting. I generally don't do any pre hyping but I do hyperventilate a bit right before lift off. haha

my wrist is still bothering me so i had to go light on arms but i gotta tell ya today was one hell of a leg day...just went in and had a **** good time and we ended up having some pretty good box squats...my partner did 405 for 7...which is absolutely insane especially since he is 19.

ez bar curls-75 for 15
bilateral db hammer curls-25's for 12
calves
romanian bb deadlifts to the floor-365 for 5
bb box squats-365 for 5

I have started a new diet in which i call the Layne Norton/Gabe Wilson Diet of Champions...i believe it came out of there lab so give credit where credit is due. basically the way i have interpreted there findings is it is better to have a big protein meal every 4 hours with BCAA's supplemented between meals...so here's what i've been doing the past week...

Meal 1- 5 eggs/2 slices of cheese/2oz chicken
1 cup of oatmeal

2 scoops of xtend

Meal 2- 10oz chicken breast

2 scoops of xtend

Meal 3- 7oz chicken/2 whole wheat tortillas
2 slices of cheese/popcorn

2 scoops of xtend

Post Workout- 3 Scoops of Xtend

Meal 4- 8oz chicken breast/2 whole wheat tortillas
2 slices of cheese/ 2 tbsp peanut butter

2 scoops of xtend
