sorry for my lack of detail...things in my life have become chaotic...today was pretty **** tough...i stopped with 2 reps on the last set of bench...i've accepted the fact that i'm just going to have to be day to day on it... this training was from Sunday the 5th
41 days out my stepmom came into town so i didn't get a chance to post the past couple days. Yesterday was a gut check workout on the deadlift...on the very first set i think i got too much air built up in my abdominal cavity because i had to completely stand up and rest a minute after the first rep of the first set...the second set i was only able to get 3...i just couldn't move it...then for the 3rd one i just gave it absolutely everything i had...and got all 5 reps...545, i want you...and when i want something, i CAN and WILL get it Squat- 260 x 5 260 x 5 260 x 5 260 x 5 260 x 5 Deadlift- 450 x 5 450 x 3 450 x 5 Overhead Press- 140 x 5 140 x 5 140 x 5 140 x 5 140 x 3 Pullups- BW x 12 BW x 8 BW x 4
