Whatever, as long as you can squat and deadlift. Bench is just what you do while resting between the two important lifts.

How are things so far at OU? Do you have a lot of coursework the first year?

i hear ya on the squat/deadlift being the most important lifts...i needed my bench because i really wanted to break my last total by 100 pounds...but i'm still going to find a way to get that done...as for OU, i absolutely love it here, i'm taking 9 hours, human body comp/phys. of aging/and a stats class...and i team teach with the Wizard of Fahs, which is new to me...i typically always taught by myself, so it's a nice change of pace...things in the lab are fixing to become insane, i'm actually looking forward to it

7 weeks out

today was pretty **** tough...it was hard to deadlift after all that squatting...i've been doing all of my sets without using my belt..but my last set of deadlifts i had to bring it back out...my back was just done...overhead press felt solid till the last rep...my elbow started to feel weird so i used my brain for once and racked it...and one other thing...if you are going to take 15 minutes in between your ****ty sets..take your *** ***king home

250 x 5
250 x 5
250 x 5

Squat, Bench, Row.....that's almost the perfect "I want to hit something workout", only thing missing is maybe a few sets of deads.
