125 days out i managed to go in and do some cardio...which turned into an absolute nasty experience...since i have moderate burns on my limbs/face/neck, i've been applying a topical medicine...well when i started to sweat, all of the medicine started oozing out of my pores...even i thought it was gross, can't imagine what the others thought -20 minutes on elliptical

NEW PERSPECTIVE ARTICLE PUBLISHED-http://www.hippokratia.gr/index.php/hippo/article/view/1179/664 i went in and did some cardio today after playing with my nephew this morning...i'm fixing to head up to watch the Cardinals play the Mariners...i'm pumped to watch one of the greatest hitters to ever play the game Ichiro. i want to also add that something has got me pumped up this week and i've been simmering on it for a while...there are few things i have learned...when you disrespect somebody, quite often you get away with it...but sometimes you get hit in the ***king mouth... -20 minute intervals on elliptical (1:1)

WOW...it seems like forever since i have posted...i am back from Florida and i will have pictures up in a few days.
