Hey man, glad to hear that you had a good time at ACSM. Since I wasn't presenting this year I decided to stay here and get work done. I look forward to the next conference though so we can train together.

today i went in and took a look at my buddy who is doing a show...he's looking very lean...his legs need to lean out some more and when they do...he will be scary...i also worked on some papers and battled with SPSS all afternoon...this evening, i got my cardio on...i've also had some interest in my "odd number" theory...particularly my thoughts on them being the most powerful in the world...

for example...two even numbers CAN ONLY make an even...but only when you add an odd number can you change the scenario...2+2=4...2+3=5

not only that, odd numbers can ALSO make an even, by adding themselves together...3+3=6

does this make sense to anybody else? occlusion and odd numbers make up about 95% of my thoughts every hour

here's how the gym went....20 minute intervals on elliptical (2:2)

.....sorry, I couldn't resist. You have an unhealthy attachment to odd numbers.

Odd and Even have to work together to make odd. In fact since both of them can only make even when added together, it kind of makes Odd numbers Even's ______, well you know.

the other way to look at this is everybody wants to be an odd number (1)...who wants to be an even (2)...i always want to finish 1st

i did not make a post yesterday as i am currently immobilized...i helped my professor out yesterday with his kids at this soap box derby which was only supposed to last for 2 hours...well it lasted 9...thus i got burned out of my mind...i am going to give it everything that i have to get up and go do cardio...but the act of walking is a task within itsself. not to mention moving my face...i feel like ***king hell
