Hey man, glad to hear that you had a good time at ACSM. Since I wasn't presenting this year I decided to stay here and get work done. I look forward to the next conference though so we can train together.

You have an unhealthy attachment to odd numbers. ![]() Odd and Even have to work together to make odd. In fact since both of them can only make even when added together, it kind of makes Odd numbers Even's ______, well you know.

today was a fantastic day in the gym...one of the better leg days i've had...i did regular box jumps today for 2 x 10...i felt like a ninja...speaking of that, KARATE KID TONIGHT!!!!!
