154 days out-150 days out I know it's been a couple days since i've updated but things have been very busy for me. I graduated this past Saturday and following Graduation i had to travel over 10 hours to Oklahoma to look over an apartment and sign the lease. I will be moving in July 21st, so my time left in Southeast Missouri is very limited, especially considering all of the traveling this summer...i trained with Chris Fahs Monday but unfortunately i fell ill at the very beginning of it...my stomach still feels a bit off so i just did steady state cardio today, nothing too intense until i start to feel a bit better...i might also add that i had to fill out more paperwork than i have in quite some time...i pray that i filled out the tax stuff correctly, haha...it would suck if i did it wrong and owe like 20,000 dollars next year...below i've attached some photos from the end of this year -20 minutes elliptical BB Squat- 135 x 5 135 x 3 185 x 3 235 x 2 255 x 2 255 x 2 The induction ceremony into Phi Kappa Phi ![]() Accepting the Provost Award ![]() Graduation ![]() 2/3 of Team Occlusion ![]()

yesterday was an awesome time...we ended up losing to the Angles but it was a blast none the less...we were 9 rows from the field, definitely the closest i've ever been...after the game we walked to a casino and ate at the Burger Bar...my buddy did some gambling but didn't win anything...i only gambled $1...but i lost, lol -off day-

REST IN PEACE PAUL GRAY (#2) YOUR MUSIC HAS HELPED ME THROUGH A LOT YOU ARE GONE...BUT NOT FORGOTTEN today was an awesome day before i got the horrible news that Slipknots bassist was found dead in his hotel room...this is crushing news to me...as Slipknot is a band that is very dear to me...i know it sounds weird, but that bands music has honestly helped me through a tremendous amount...i crushed it today...absolutely crushed it...oh yeah, deadlifts were fully deloaded after every rep, i felt great with the deadlift today 2 GURANTEES for this upcoming meet -I will beat my previous total -I will deadlift over 530 pounds mark my words...
