Day 231
went in and did some cardio this morning...didn't end up going to that outdoor bar...my friends were getting a little chilly so we went somewhere else...ended up playing darts for a couple of hours, and i got absolutely schooled -20 minutes of intervals on elliptical (1:1)

no, but i talked about occlusion while throwing darts...if that counts? lol...i swear it's basically all i talk about...is that weird? i love talking to non scientists about occlusion because they look at it in a completely different way then i would...they always give you an interesting perspective
Day 232 today is an off day...and last night was absolutely ridiculous...and that probably is all that needs to be said...as for school...got an email today and found out one of my articles got accepted with revisions to this medical journal...in it i briefly discuss why occlusion should be pursued as a means to fight the space related loss of muscle...pretty pumped about that -OFF Day

Day 233 today was a great day...all i had was a meeting and then i found out two awesome things...1) my abstract for ISSN was officially accepted and 2) i'm being nominated for the Provost Award. Day 234
well i had regular deadlifts for the first time in a long time...since the meet i believe...i'm a little disappointed but at least i have a starting point...455 the first time felt very light so moved up to 500...my back has been pretty sore from last Tuesday...i should've gone a bit more conservative on those romanian dealifts, but hindsight is 20/20...500 came off the ground but i didn't feel "right" so i just set it down...that's something i've gotten better about...if it was a meet i would've finished the lift, but no use doing it if something felt "off" in training...the rest of the workout went well, and now i'm back to school this afternoon...tomorrow i teach EKG...i absolutely hate that lab BB Deadlift- 135 x 5 225 x 5 315 x 3 405 x 3 455 x 2 500 x miss 455 x 1 -i just decided to part ways and live for another day Leg Extensions- 270 x 5 270 x 5 270 x 5 Occluded Leg Curls- 90 x 15 90 x 7 90 x 5 Adductor- 20 x 10 20 x 10 20 x 10 Seated Calves- 125 x 12 125 x 11 125 x 8 125 x 8 125 x 8 Fahs Abdominals- BW x 10 BW x 10 BW x 10
