Day 42
91 days out today was SPRINT DAY BABY...and **** did it feel great...now i have to head to school for a bit then off for college football...my school is playing Cincinnati today, and we should get beat down on the highest level...i actually told my students that if we won, they wouldn't have to come to class the rest of the year...so if we somehow pull off the upset of the century...i've got some explaining to do, lol 35 x 10 second sprints on recumbent bike

Day 43
90 days out completely off from the gym today...for the longest time i trained 7 days a week..i've been doing that for a couple of years now...i'm going to give this a shot now...i enjoyed the 7 days a week thing because i just enjoy training in general, but i don't remember what it's like to have a day off on a regular basis so i'll give it a shot.

89 days to find strength today was a pretty good day in the gym...everything felt good and everything seems to be progressing as planned...the occluded cardio was extremely tough today because my legs were screaming...they're still a little sore from friday's leg day and saturday's sprints...soreness doesn't bother me though...tomorrow is deadlift day Bench Press- 175 x 3 185 x 3 195 x 3 205 x 3 205 x 3 205 x 3 205 x 3 205 x 3 DB Incline- 65's x 12 70's x 12 70's x 8 Lat Pulldown- 120 x 12 135 x 12 150 x 12 Seated DB Press- 35's x 12 40's x 12 45's x 12 DB Curls- 30's x 12 30's x 12 30's x 12 BB Skullcrusher- 70 x 12 80 x 12 80 x 12 -15 minutes occluded cardio on treadmill @ 2.8 mph 0% grade

So are you reincorporating bench now? I know you said you were worried about the injuries. If so is there any adjustment you have made in your form? What really was key for me cause I am injury prone is having a nice arch in my back
