Day 40
93 days to find my strength
190 upon waking

i don't have much to say about this workout...i went in and rocked out...had to lift early as we have some subjects coming in this evening for testing...my weight is about 190ish, which i'm pretty proud about...my macros are sitting decent...i don't use refeeds anymore i just consume those everyday and i've been eating out a lot...A LOT (2-3 times a week), lol, but i feel pretty good with how i'm progressing...i started increasing my kcals June 14 when i weighed about 183...my macros at that time were 235/200/50 and 210/340/45...so i'm happy with how the increase has been.

i also have provided a link to a video of a 66 year old man with one arm...makes me ask the question...what's your excuse for why you aren't where you want to be?, this guy is a badass who wouldn't settle for not reaching his goals...mad respect

completely off from the gym today...for the longest time i trained 7 days a week..i've been doing that for a couple of years now...i'm going to give this a shot now...i enjoyed the 7 days a week thing because i just enjoy training in general, but i don't remember what it's like to have a day off on a regular basis so i'll give it a shot.

I'm a natural assasin
A massacre in action
I've never known remorse
Or felt any compassion
This is my drug of choice
The reason demons rejoice
My rage remains a beast untamed

I bet you'll remember me now

Glutton
I am heartbreak and depression
Regret without redemption
A wounded animal
Afraid of my reflection
I am an epidemic
This is a crime of passion
The willing weak deserve defeat
The penance will be savage

I bet you'll remember me now

Bi-polar
Self-abortion
Mind ****
Can't escape
These chains
Of shame
I'm stuck
Swollen in the mud
Barely
Standing still
Hungry for the hunt
And the thrill
Of the kill

Come on
I've always been a shadow
Content with my disease
You'll never see it coming
'Cause you never notice me
Unload
Words are the remedy

What heals me kills me
The plague rages on

I've built myself out of ash and agony
I am ready
I
Am
I
I am my own creation, I am, self-made
Destroyers
I am I

So are you reincorporating bench now? I know you said you were worried about the injuries. If so is there any adjustment you have made in your form? What really was key for me cause I am injury prone is having a nice arch in my back
