Jer can you use chalk in your gym? I find with it my grip feels like it can hold anything

yeah i used chalk for the 130's...i think i lost some of my grip endurance...i can hold onto almost anything long enough to deadlift it once...by october i'll be back to full capacity...if i'm not, i'll just mentally force grip improvement

APF/AAPF Illinois Raw Power Challenge
@ Velocity Sports in Willowbrook, IL
December 12th, 2009


i've been giving it a lot of thought...i am almost sure (90%) that i will be entering this meet...it would be my first...i would likely stick to the deadlift only...TIME TO GET VIOLENT...96 days

today felt awesome...i whipped out the ole' inzer belt for the first time since March. deadlifts felt awesome...yesterday evening was ok, had some good eats but then i had to head to the hospital for my Grandma...she had been sick all day and was throwing up and had some other issues...apparently they think she got a virus, although i'm not really sold on that diagnosis...regardless, i went back to the hospital this morning and she was feeling better

thanks bro...good news on my Grandma as she was sent home today and feels 100%...and i'm growing more and more excited for this meet...kinda nervous as i have no clue what i'm doing, lol...i guess i'll just show up and try to lift something heavy...94 days to get strong
