Jer can you use chalk in your gym? I find with it my grip feels like it can hold anything

yeah i used chalk for the 130's...i think i lost some of my grip endurance...i can hold onto almost anything long enough to deadlift it once...by october i'll be back to full capacity...if i'm not, i'll just mentally force grip improvement

it'll help me keep my focus too...it's hard not training for a competition...now i have one
