Hey congrats buddy! I'm really happy for you and extremely impressed. It takes a lot of guts to get out on that stage and pose, that's the biggest reason many will never compete! Great job on making improvements to your physique, all of us can tell that you still have even more potential and I hope that you will compete again.

Day 2
181.8 upon waking 205/390/45 well guys, day 2 of offseason...what are my goals? well, i plan to slowly increase my carbs and slowly decrease my cardio in the coming weeks...i'll be doing deload type workouts for the next 2-3 weeks followed by some hypertrophy type workouts until i feel i can lift "heavy" safely again...at this point right now, i don't feel it is in my best interest to go push near max weight...my overall goals for this offseason will be overshadowed by my academic pursuit...this is the final year of my Masters and the coming year will be filled with thesis work, teaching, research, coupled with trying to gain acceptance into a PhD program...improvement will be had in this thread...offseason is here...HERE WE GO -20 minutes elliptical -15 minutes treadmill walking

Great job my man! I am looking forward to watching your off season. But definitely take some time to chill...get mentally refreshed and re-focused. You were in another zone for an entire year which is just insane.
