I just finised comparing your last show pics to this show and you definitely progressed from then till now. Especially your legs. You came into this show with amazing conditioning, crazy hamstring definition. Posing looked good from the pics too.

today, nothing went according to plan...my body felt very fatigued from the minute i woke up...when i made it to the gym this afternoon i started to warm up with deadlift, and upon starting my first set, i hit rep 6 and i immediately noticed something not right with my lower back...i put it down...came back to it, and tried it again...same thing...so i racked the weight and contemplated on what to do...it wasn't like a sharp pain, but it felt like it seized up on me, so i got the occlusion wraps out and went to work...i really need a deload in the worst way, but that will have to wait a couple more weeks...i gotta show to get ready for

Hey man, I just was looking through your journal and just wanted to say that you looked great in the last show... Hard work does, and will pay off for you. Keep up the training and you're gonna be collecting FIRST place trophies soon enough. Good luck in the next show!

Dude...looking insanely lean! The definition in your legs and arms/delts is straight up freaky! ...and I know you're not even done yet.

On a side note, I didn't realise the bronzer would wash away so fast, it seams to be all gone in the pic you took of your legs the day after your comp. Is it just a rub on / shower shower off kind of thing?

thanks man...it's dream tan, so it doesn't really stain the skin...basically with some baby oil and a lot of scrubbing it comes off

well today was some cardio...the 40 second intervals were crazy...absolutely crazy...in other news...something that has been weighing heavily on my mind, and since i write about everything on here, i might as well put this on here too...without getting into too much detail, i am not a "family" man, for quite a few reasons that most would never care to understand, nor would i want them to experience...my brother and I have never had a good relationship, and for a few years, he didn't even acknowledge me as a brother...however, he has a 19 month old son, which is the only the thing we do have in common, as my nephew has really done a lot to bring my brother and i back into civility...i probably care more about that kid, then most anything in the world...well despite our differences, he calls me a week or so ago and asks me if i would like to be in a trust....that basically says, if anything happens to my brother or his wife, that i would become his guardian...now with my school aspirations and everything else, i had a lot to consider...but i have decided to accept and be his guardian in that event...i would never trust anybody else to take care of him...now back to training...here's the workout

-5 x 10 second intervals on recumbent bike
-5 x 40 second intervals on stair stepper
-5 x 20 second intervals on elliptical
-5 x 30 second intervals recumbent bike
-10 minutes incline treadmill walking
