I just finised comparing your last show pics to this show and you definitely progressed from then till now. Especially your legs. You came into this show with amazing conditioning, crazy hamstring definition. Posing looked good from the pics too.

Hey man, I just was looking through your journal and just wanted to say that you looked great in the last show... Hard work does, and will pay off for you. Keep up the training and you're gonna be collecting FIRST place trophies soon enough. Good luck in the next show!

179.6 upon waking 235/230/50 my lower back seems to be feeling better...today was just some cardio and now i have to get ready to head to a wedding this afternoon...i've elected to skip out on the reception, as i can't really handle that at this point, far too many people for my liking in contest prep -20 minutes elliptical -10 minutes incline treadmill walking -10 minutes elliptical

Dude...looking insanely lean! The definition in your legs and arms/delts is straight up freaky! ...and I know you're not even done yet.
On a side note, I didn't realise the bronzer would wash away so fast, it seams to be all gone in the pic you took of your legs the day after your comp. Is it just a rub on / shower shower off kind of thing? |
