rolled through another workout...with nothing but July 7th on my mind...i'm starting visualization today...going over 540 in my head over and over and over again...every set i view as a set to make me stronger for 540...
seated bb military-225 for 8 incline db curls-55's for 8/45's for 12 ez bar deadlift skullcrushers-145 for 6/135 for 8 bb upright rows-175 for 8/bb deadlift to upright row-135 for 15 v-bar cable pressdowns-130 for 10 then 2 more 5 seconds later abs
