i'm not sure how many calories i've cut back on but it's a pretty decent cut...not drastic but decent...i'm going to do this for a bit becasue i just can't consume that much food anymore. i just got to the point where it was hurting my stomach...we'll see how it effects me....

HIGH REPS=BIG BURN=BIG GAINS...today was just that...getting my size on...the rest of the week will be very messed up as i'm not sure if i will be able to train or not...i'm going out of town to the ACSM conference, so we'll see how it goes...here's how today went...

leg press-515 for 8 (deep with pause at the bottom)
leg curl-200 for 9/160 for 20
leg extension-145 for 20
calves

i decided to train my entire upperbody because i'm unsure if i'm going to train the rest of the week du to ACSM. as far as today...i'm gaining more and more confidence in my deadlift each week...6 more weeks till 540...

deadlift-410 for 6 sets of 5
incline bb bench-295 for 3/275 for 5
bb standing press-205 for 4/190 for 5
bilateral db curls-50's for 8
seated db tricep extensions-100's for 12

abs

540 is definitely mine...my glute is still jacked but really isn't bothering me too much on the deadlift...i still wish i could back squat as i can't even remember the last time i did it...i think it was early april. well i'm going to finish packing for ACSM...INDY HERE I COME

one hell of a return to the gym today as i have not worked out since last monday due to the conference...i have also cycled off of creatine...today was a good leg day...scratch that...today was an AWESOME workout...

hack squats-405 for 12
hanging leg curls-90 for 9
bb lunges (knee to the floor and pause)-185 for 8
calves

Today was a training breakthrough...i was having a badass workout was finishing up legs with front squat...i worked up to 245 then i got the idea...lets just see how my glute feels with back squat...i worked up to 225 and wasn't pain free but the pain was tolerable...i ended up doing about 5 sets of 3 with 225 and i am so excited to be able to squat again... i can't even tell you how good it feels...its been since April that i squatted, hell maybe even before then. today was awesome, just awesome...

alternating db curls-65's for 8
zottman curls-25's for 12
calves
bb romanian deadlifts-425 for 5
Front squat-245 for 3
BACK SQUAT-225 for 3
