192 upon waking 233/250/54 i want to first apologize for my lack of activity lately...i've moved into a new house and i don't have the internet there yet...i've also started an experiment this week that's had me busier than hell...i don't mind though, i've always wanted to live in the lab, i really enjoy doing lab work...training is also going very well...today was just cardio -30 minutes occluded cardio on elliptical

ok guys...i'm back from the dead...just got the internet hooked up at my house...when i said i moved into a new house, i shouldn't say "new", it's just my Grandparents house...i'm basically living in it, because they had to be put into the nursing home, as they need 24 hour care...anyway, everything has been very busy, and i've been swamped by school...still training hard...here's yesterday's workout
101 days out 191.6 upon waking 235/250/54 yesterday i had a very poor performance in the deadlift...i missed 500 and had to come back with 455...not going to lie, it felt very **** heavy...suspended squats went well and i definitley think i'm going to like those. Deadlift- 135 x 6 225 x 3 315 x 3 405 x 1 500 x miss 455 x 1 Suspended Squats- 185 x 5 185 x 5 Leg Curl- 150 x 12 150 x 12 150 x 12 150 x 10 150 x 8 Adduction- 120 x 10 120 x 10 120 x 10 Seated Calves S/S Fahs Abdominals 135 x 10/BW x 10 135 x 10/BW x 10 125 x 10/BW x 10 125 x 10/BW x 10 125 x 10/BW x 10 now i'm off to train today

Nice weight man! 191 already and no significant loss of strength (you'll get those deadlifts next time)! I remember the last time I checked you were 196... good job bro, you're going to be in peak condition.

99 days to push myself further than the next guy
191.6 upon waking 235/250/54 today was solid...quick and very effective...tomorrow is my birthday...i will be celebrating by training legs...honestly tomorrow doesn't mean anything special to me...i know a lot of people who celebrate there birthday's...i don't celebrate dates, i celebrate accomplishments...anybody can turn 23, but not anybody can diet/train there *** off...when i'm done with my 2 shows this summer, then i will celebrate...that's the same reason i didn't ever go on spring break...many people act like they've accomplished the world by completing one semester of under grad... when i get my PhD, then i'll go to spring break and celebrate, until then...back to the grind Cliffhangers- 55 x 5 55 x 5 EZ Bar Curl- 115 x 5 130 x 5 Seated DB Tricep Ext- 70 x 5 60 x 5

Good outlook, and I agree. I don't celebrate birthdays (unless it's my GF's or Sister's, of course! lol). My ex was a HUGE birthday person and I never understood it... it's just another day.
I'll be 24 in August and... who the hell cares? lol. I'll celebrate when I hit 185@6% body fat, or when I win my first pro-am beach volleyball tournament, because those actually mean something to me. Keep kicking *** brother.
