today was an incredible pump in my chest...i think i may actually be able to improve my pecs by the time i step on stage...i had to workout real early this morning because we have a prospective graduate student coming in and i have to meet with him and see if he'd be a good fit for our lab...

I'd say with almost 4 months till your show, with the work ethic you put in you will definitely have at least some improvement in you pecs if you keep hittin them hard, even despite the cutting. Good luck.

thanks man...one thing about it...if it don't grow it's not because i didn't try...16 weeks out tomorrow...time to get better

the deload next week is definitely warranted...today my body felt like absolute hell...the workout from Wednesday has wrecked havoc on my body...i absolutely rocked it Wed and feeling it today...my performance was less than stellar but i put the work in...i am so sore it was hard to move the weight today, so i had to reduce the load on some of the lifts...i train legs tomorrow and then deload next week.

i want to reiterate the fact that this deload can't come at a better time...my whole body is trashed...next week will look like this...i will come into the next 8 week cycle ready to destroy
